Debra is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and has an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She attended a course in mediation at the Mediation Training Institute (MTI) and has a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Debra’s areas of practice include Conveyancing, Intellectual property, Corporate and Commercial law and Mediation.

1. Conveyancing – Debra has prepared numerous documents relating to property and offered consultations regarding property rights and the relevant laws.

2. Intellectual Property – Providing consultation in intellectual property matters including trademark registration, copyright protection, licensing agreements and enforcement of IP rights.

3. Corporate and Commercial Law – providing comprehensive legal guidance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring the protection of the clients’ rights and interests.

4. Mediation – Debra hasa strong desire to help parties resolve their disputes out of court, she has attended several Mediation cases and gained experience in the field of mediation.
