Craig also has experience in banking, finance and securities transactions, with this practice focusing on structuring, negotiating and documenting financial documentation as well as real estate transactions. These include real estate and mortgage financing, aircraft and asset finance to mention a few. He has also advised on the legal regime concerning structured products and their operationalisation in Kenya.

Craig has also been involved in sourcing finance for businesses and corporate entities in the East African region as well as legal advice on various equity and debt instruments.
