Craig has experience in banking, finance and securities transactions, with his practice focusing on structuring, negotiating and documenting financial as well as real estate transactions. These include real estate and mortgage financing, aircraft and asset finance to mention a few. He has also advised on the legal regime concerning structured products and their operationalisation in Kenya.

Benedict Nzioki

Benedict holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) Degree from Strathmore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law, from the Kenya School of Law, and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya as well as a CPA (1). Benedict Munene Nzioki’s key areas of specialisation are dispute resolution, corporate – commercial, estate planning, property development and competition law. He is also well versed in the law surrounding mergers and acquisitions and private equity funding.

Ruth is a promising Trainee Advocate who recently completed the Advocates Training Programme and is eagerly awaiting her graduation and admission to the Bar in December 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Strathmore University. She recently completed a mediation course at KARL Mediation and Arbitration Centre and the CIPIT Data Protection Course at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology.
