Overview
Ruth is a promising Trainee Advocate who recently completed the Advocates Training Programme and is eagerly awaiting her graduation and admission to the Bar in December 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Strathmore University. She recently completed a mediation course at KARL Mediation and Arbitration Centre and the CIPIT Data Protection Course at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology. She is dedicated and committed to offer excellent legal services to ensure that the client’s needs are met.

Experience
Commercial Law – Ruth has provided thorough legal opinions relating to regularization and restructuring of companies and companies’ compliance with relevant laws such as the Data Protection Act, 2019. She has drafted and reviewed commercial contracts ensuring the protection of the clients’ rights and interests.
Conveyancing – Ruth has prepared, drafted and reviewed various documents relating to property acquisitions, leasing and security documentation. She has also offered consultation regarding property rights and relevant laws to clients.
Alternative Dispute Resolution – Ruth hasa passion for helping parties resolve their disputes out of court through different Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms such as Mediation.
