Wilson is a Lawyer at Africa Law Partners, working in banking and finance and financial sector regulation. He is developing a specialist practice in bank recovery and resolution planning, an area that is new to Kenya's regulatory framework.

He is part of the team advising the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation on the development of Kenya's bank resolution planning (living wills) framework. His work covers comparative research, drafting the supporting regulatory instruments, and engaging with banks and industry stakeholders on implementation.

Wilson also advises on banking and finance matters more broadly, including financial services regulation, compliance and contract review. He holds an LLB from Strathmore University.
